Irina rules!! So nice to see pure skating without all the glitz & glam!! Don't ever change, with skating like that you'll never want for medals!

I love Irina's skating. I am very much impressed with her go get it attitude now.  I also LOVE the short hair, it makes her look more mature.  Work more on your in between choreograpy and be determined on your triples (you just got to go for them) and I think the Gold medals will be coming your way.  Good Luck and God Speed.

You would have won worlds if you had landed your triple triple combination. The judges wanted you to win. The crowds wanted you to win. I wanted you to win. You must be saving it for the Pre-Olympic year. Great job at worlds! Go get them next year.

I think Irina has improved also her skating, and now she has more confidence on herself. I hope she win this word championships.

Irina is an excellent figure skater and I'm praying that she'll win the gold for the World's this year.  She's a sweet and tough character, through the ups and downs,  here she is now: determined,  fully inspired, glowing and blooming.  Congratulations on your marriage, wishing you a lifetime of happiness and great success on skating.

I'm from holland and I like to see irina skating!! I saw the World championchips, and I didn't like that she has lost from Kwan.

I am a Irina Slutskaya and Michelle Kwan fan. I enjoy both of their skating.  I hope they will be successful in 2002 Olympics.

I have always been a fan of Irina's. I have always been surprised by her ability to jump. But this year she is superb - her artistry has greatly improved and she looks like a real mature woman on the ice now. I am sure she will be one of the three favorites for gold at the worlds this year. Go Irina ... you are going to be the best, you can do that!!!

I am a skater myself and I aspire to her - A truly unique talent that very few people possess.

I saw Irina last night at GPF for the 1st time in a long time.  When she did that 3Lutz/3Loop, my jaw hit the floor - she is a total STUD!! And her presentation is VASTLY improved as well. Thank You, Slute!!  Now I have a reason to watch eligible skating again - go get 'em at Worlds!!

Irina Slutskaya has good  sportsmanship.  She never say anything bad about her rivals.  That is the one thing I love about her.

I think Irina has worked hard this year especially on her prestion.But I don`t think she could beat Michelle Kwan.but I`m so happy for her from winning the Russian Nationals.It will be intresting what she will do at the Grand Prix final in Lyon.

I have really grown to appreciate Irina's skating during this season.  She has a wonderfully mature elegant style now.  Moreover, she has shown her tenacity by refusing to give up, and now she has become quite a woman on the ice, a worthy match for the top ladies in the world.  Congratulations to Irina on her marriage and her win at Cup of Russia, and I truly wish her the best of luck for the remainder of this season.

I love Irina's skating, her jumps, spins, and footwork are all so beautiful. But it's not just her skating that makes me a fan. She always seems to enjoy her skating, and I really like the way she never gives up, in her programmes, when she holds onto jumps that any other skater would fall on, and in her whole career. Many people thought she would never come back after the disappointment of missing out on the team for Europeans/Worlds this year, but not only did she come back, she came back better than ever, and ready to challenge for a World title!

She is a beautiful and wonderful skater. I love to watch her skate. Mindy

Irina skated beautifully at the Keri Classic. I hope this year goes much better for her. Based on the way she skated at Keri I'm sure she'll be back at Europeans and Worlds. Best of luck!

She's always had style and presence, but now she has it in spades. I'm especially taken by her lovely arm stylings, continuously changing and completing the body line ever so gracefully.
